Board Breaking Masterclass Video

Shortly before the lock-down began we had our first masterclass of 2020, board breaking! Chief Instructor Russell Suthern taught various breaking techniques, from the simple but effective chop, to twin jumping side thrusts! Everyone successfully smashed through several boards but most importantly had a lot of fun.
